National Centre for Teaching & Learning Excellence
An Independent Academic & Professional Development Initiative for Higher Education. NCTLE collaborates with colleges, universities, and academicians to design and deliver Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), academic webinars, and professional learning engagements that are relevant, practical, and aligned with institutional quality frameworks.
Higher education institutions today face increasing expectations related to teaching effectiveness, outcome-based education, student engagement, assessment reforms, and accreditation requirements.
NCTLE was conceptualised to bridge the gap between policy expectations and classroom realities by offering meaningful, application-oriented faculty development initiatives.
Supporting faculty growth through structured Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), academic webinars and institutional collaborations.
